Формування інноваційної моделі управління аграрними підприємствами на основі сучасних виробничих технологій і цифрових рішень

Abstract

Метою дослідження є розроблення інноваційної моделі управління аграрними підприємствами на основі сучасних виробничих технологій і цифрових рішень. Застосовано системний, аналітичний, структурно-функціональний, порівняльний і логіко-узагальнюючий методи, що дозволило розкрити сутність інноваційного управління й визначити напрями цифрової трансформації агробізнесу. Обґрунтовано авторське трактування інноваційного управління як системи принципів і методів, спрямованої на інтеграцію технологічних та організаційних інновацій. Систематизовано сучасні технологічні рішення, представлено приклади успішного впровадження інноваційних практик українськими аграрними компаніями. Розроблено структурно-функціональну модель інноваційного управління аграрними підприємствами, яка інтегрує виробничі технології, цифрові інструменти й сучасні методи аналізу в єдиний управлінський механізм. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у можливості адаптації моделі для аграрних підприємств різних масштабів з метою підвищення конкурентоспроможності й забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрного сектору України. The purpose of the study is to develop an innovative management model for agricultural enterprises based on modern production technologies and digital solutions to enhance their resilience and competitiveness. The study employs systemic, analytical, structural-functional, comparative, and logical-generalization methods, which made it possible to comprehensively reveal the essence of innovation management as a conceptual framework, identify the main directions of digital transformation in the agricultural sector, and evaluate their impact on the efficiency of production and management processes. The paper substantiates the author’s interpretation of innovation management as a holistic system of principles, methods, and tools that provides for the comprehensive transformation of enterprise activities through the integration of technological, organizational, and strategic innovations. Modern technological solutions used in the Ukrainian agrarian sector have been systematized, and their impact on performance indicators has been evaluated. The study emphasizes that the adoption of digital technologies such as precision farming, automation, IoT sensors, artificial intelligence, and cloud platforms significantly increases productivity, reduces production costs, enhances transparency, and strengthens enterprise resilience to market and climate fluctuations. The paper presents examples of successful innovation practices implemented by Ukrainian agricultural companies, demonstrating the transformational effect of digitalization and technological progress. A structural-functional model of innovative management for agricultural enterprises has been developed, integrating production technologies, digital tools, and modern analytical methods into a unified management mechanism. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the adaptability of the proposed model to agricultural enterprises of different scales and ownership forms. It serves as an effective management tool for achieving sustainable development, driving digital transformation, and strengthening the competitive positions of Ukrainian agribusiness in the global market. The research contributes to shaping a new management paradigm in the agricultural sector – shifting from fragmented technological modernization toward a comprehensive innovation-oriented system that integrates digitalization, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
