Abstract

У роботі досліджується розвиток національних платіжних систем в умовах діджеталізації. Охарактеризовано теоретичні аспекти кредитного функціонування платіжних систем. Досліджено особливості регулювання та оверсайту платіжних систем. Проведений аналіз діяльності національних платіжних систем. Досліджено рівень розвитку ринку карткових рахунків. Визначено проблеми функціонування платіжних систем та запропоновано шляхи їх вирішення. Проведено кореляційно-регресійний аналіз впливу факторів на рівень безготівкових розрахунків в Україні.The work examines the development of national payment systems in the conditions of digitalization. The theoretical aspects of credit functioning of payment systems are characterized. Peculiarities of regulation and oversight of payment systems have been studied. The analysis of the activity of national payment systems was carried out. The level of development of the card account market was studied. The problems of the functioning of payment systems are identified and ways to solve them are proposed. A correlation-regression analysis of the influence of factors on the level of cashless payments in Ukraine was carried out.
