Ринок ІТ-послуг України: тенденції та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

Метою є аналіз стану ринку ІТ-послуг України в контексті адаптації до викликів спричинених війною та трансформації світового ринку. Для досягнення мети використані методи: TEMPLES-аналіз; аналіз рядів динаміки Дослідження показало, що ІТ-сектор забезпечує понад 40% експорту послуг, кількість працівників зросла на 20%, а обсяги ринку – на 26%. Виявлено позитивну динаміку макрофакторів. За результатами TEMPLES-аналізу було встановлено, що очікується позитивна динаміка зміни факторів у майбутньому періоді, що у перспективі матиме позитивний вплив на функціонування ринку. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у використанні комбінації методів аналізу, що дозволяє прогнозувати розвиток ІТ-індустрії, враховувати макроекономічні фактори та адаптувати стратегії підприємств до нових умов ринку. The purpose of this article is to analyse the current state of the Ukrainian IT services market in the context of adaptation to the challenges caused by the war and the transformation of the global IT services market. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: TEMPLES-analysis - to identify, systematise and assess the factors of the macro-environment of IT enterprises, which made it possible to predict the positive dynamics of changes; time series analysis - to assess the volume of exports of IT services, the dynamics of growth of the category of Gig-specialists and the overall impact of market factors on the industry. Basing on the studied trends in the development of the IT services market, the authors have discovered that the latter provides more than 40% of revenues from the export of services in general, the number of employees having increased by 20% over the past 3 years, and the market volume having grown by 26%. DefenceTech has become a significant driver of the sector's development, which includes creating advanced weapons systems, cybersecurity tools, drones, artificial intelligence for military use, autonomous combat systems, and software used for strategic analysis and management of military operations. The analysis has proved a high level of resilience and adaptability to negative environmental factors. Following the results of the TEMPLES analysis, the article identifies, systemises and evaluates the macro-environmental factors of IT enterprises. It has been revealed that positive dynamics of changes in the factors is expected in the future, which in the long run will have a positive impact on the functioning of the market. The study proves that the IT industry in Ukraine demonstrates high sustainability and ability to transform, which contributes to its further development and integration into the global digital market. The practical significance of the investigation lies in the use of a combination of analysis methods, which allows foreseeing the development of the IT industry, taking into account macroeconomic factors and adapting the strategies of enterprises to new market conditions.
