Управління ресурсами функціональних підсистем підприємства на основі формалізації процесів

Abstract

У статті досліджено інструментарій (моделі та методи) управління запасами, обґрунтовано підхід до управління запасами ресурсів функціональних підсистем підприємства. Метою статті є формування науковометодичного підходу до управління запасами ресурсів функціональних підсистем підприємства, формалізованого через карту процесу замовлення ресурсу та інформограму. Наукове дослідження проводилося з використанням методів порівняння та узагальнення (для порівняння характеристик моделей управління запасами), методу формалізації (для опису процесу замовлення ресурсу функціональних підсистем підприємства). У статті проаналізовано модель управління запасами з фіксованим обсягом замовлення, з фіксованим періодом замовлення, із східчастою ціною, MRP-моделі, методи АВС та ХYZ-аналізу. Як результат дослідження було запропоновано науково-методичний підхід до управління запасами ресурсів функціональних підсистем підприємства, що дозволяє представити зміст діяльності у вигляді чіткої форми за допомогою карти процесу замовлення ресурсу та інформограми. Карта процесу замовлення ресурсу дозволяє візуалізувати його етапи та виявити можливості для покращення. Інформограма надає уявлення про послідовність операцій процесу замовлення ресурсу, адресно встановлює рекомендовані до використання моделі та методи, описує потоки інформації та способи її перетворення за операціями. The article considers the tools (models and methods) of inventory management, substantiates the approach to managing the inventory of resources of the functional subsystems of the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to develop a scientific and methodological approach to managing the inventory of resources of the functional subsystems of the enterprise, formalized through a map of the resource ordering process and an infographics. During the scientific research, method of generalization was used (to compare the characteristics of inventory management models), just like a formalization method (to describe the resource ordering process of the functional subsystems of the enterprise). The article considers inventory management models with a fixed order volume, with a fixed order period, with a stepped price, MRP models, ABC and XYZ analysis methods. In managing the inventory of resources of the functional subsystems of the enterprise, models and methods should be used in a combination, which will ensure a certain flexibility of activity and maintain balance during fluctuations in the resource delivery period. According to the results of the study, a scientific and methodological approach to managing the resources of the functional subsystems of the enterprise is proposed, which allows presenting the scope of the activity in a clear form using a resource ordering process map and an infographics. The resource ordering process map allows you to visualize its stages and identify opportunities for improvement. The process infographics highlights the informational scope of the resource ordering processoperations, establishes the data and documents necessary to start operations, the results of their execution, as well as tools or algorithms with the help of which the input data is converted into output. It provides an opportunity to present the resource ordering process in a clear and understandable format.
