Оцінка перспектив розвитку АПК в регіоні (на прикладі Одеської області)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти оцінювання функціонування агропромислового комплексу регіону, визначено сутність аграрно-промислового комплексу, його роль в національній економіці, розглянуті методичні підходи оцінювання АПК, описано інструменти державного регулювання розвитку АПК. Проаналізовано особливості функціонування агропромислового комплексу Одеської області, досліджено чинники, що формують та обумовлюють розвиток агропромислового комплексу регіону, визначено місце Одеської області у рейтингу регіонів України за показниками функціонування агропромислового комплексу. Визначено перспективи розвитку агропромислового комплексу регіону, проаналізовано регіональні програми підтримки аграрного сектору та сформовано заходи підтримки малих і середніх агровиробників регіону.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of assessing the functioning of the agro-industrial complex of the region, defines the nature of the agro-industrial complex, its role in the national economy, describes the methodological approaches to the evaluation of agricultural industry and tools for state regulation of agricultural development. The peculiarities of functioning of the agro-industrial complex of the Odessa region have been analyzed, the factors that shape and condition the development of the agro-industrial complex of the region have been investigated, the place of the Odessa region in the ranking of the regions of Ukraine by the indicators of the functioning of the agro-industrial complex has been determined. Prospects for development of the agro industrial complex of the region have been determined, regional programs supporting the agrarian sector have been analyzed, and support measures for small and medium-sized agricultural producers of the region have been formulated
