Шляхи підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності промислового підприємства (на прикладі ПАТ «Одескабель»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження виступає процес забезпечення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності промислового підприємства. Визначена сутність та роль міжнародної конкурентоспроможності промислових підприємств; з’ясовані чинники, що впливають на міжнародну конкурентоспроможність промислових підприємств; обґрунтовані методи оцінки міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств . Здійснений аналіз зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Одескабель»; проаналізовані чинники, що впливають на міжнародну конкурентоспроможність ПАТ «Одескабель»; проведена оцінка міжнародної конкурентоспроможності ПАТ «Одескабель». Розроблені рекомендації щодо удосконалення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Одескабель»; запропоновані заходи з підвищення конкурентних переваг продукції ПАТ «Одескабель»; проведене обґрунтування проекту розширення обсягів виробництва кабельної продукції підприємства.

The bachelor's thesis consists of three sections. The object of research is the process of ensuring the international competitiveness of an industrial enterprise. The essence and role of international competitiveness of industrial enterprises are determined; the factors influencing the international competitiveness of industrial enterprises are clarified; substantiated methods of assessing the international competitiveness of enterprises. The analysis of foreign economic activity of PJSC "Odeskabel" is carried out; the factors influencing the international competitiveness of PJSC "Odeskabel" are analyzed; an assessment of the international competitiveness of PJSC "Odeskabel" was conducted. Developed recommendations for improving the foreign economic activity of PJSC "Odeskabel"; proposed measures to increase the competitive advantages of PJSC "Odeskabel"; the substantiation of the project of expansion of volumes of production of cable production of the enterprise is carried out.
