Облік, контроль та аналіз виробничих запасів підприємств (на прикладі КП «ТМО»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти обліку, контролю та аналізу виробничих запасів підприємства. Проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу з питань обліку, контролю виробничих запасів, наукові праці вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених у сфері формування, відображення у бухгалтерському обліку, аналізі та контролі відповідної інформації, а також практичний досвід КП «ТМО». Запропоновано доповнення наказу «Про облікову політику підприємства» інформацією щодо нормування природної втрати за кожним видом виробничих запасів, створення документу-інструкції, в якому б визначалося на кого й які обов’язки покладено в частині контролю інформації щодо надходження, збереження, відпуску та вибуття виробничих запасів, форми робочих документів для перевірки руху виробничих запасів.The qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the study is operations and processes related to the accounting and control of production stocks of the enterprise. The work deals with theoretical aspects of accounting, control and analysis of production stocks of the enterprise. The regulatory and legal framework on accounting, control of production stocks, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of formation, reflection in accounting, analysis and control of relevant information, as well as practical experience of ME «TOC» were analyzed. It is proposed to supplement the order "On the accounting policy of the enterprise" with information on the normalization of natural loss for each type of production stocks, the creation of an instruction document, which would determine who and what duties are assigned in the part of controlling information on the receipt, preservation, release and disposal of production stocks stocks, forms of working documents for checking the movement of production stocks.
