dc.description.abstractThe paper is devoted to the study of wage differentiation problems in Ukraine and in the countries of the European Union; the international comparisons are made. The aspect of inequality in pay is investigated from four sides: from a geographic position, from the point of view of various spheres of employment and individual enterprises; special attention is devoted to the gender inequality in the wage levels.
