Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти діяльності банків на ринку платіжних послуг під впливом цифрової трансформації Проаналізовано: світові тенденції розвитку цифрових платіжних послуг, стан ринку платіжних карток в Україні, процеси формування національних платіжних платформ. Запропоновано: методику організації стратегічного управління в банку з урахуванням сучасних вимог цифрової трансформації.The master's thesis consists of three sections. The object of research is the process of functioning of modern banks in the market of digital payment services in the conditions of increasing competition between financial intermediaries. The paper considers the theoretical aspects of banks in the payment services market under the influence of digital transformation. Analyzed: global trends in the development of digital payment services, the state of the payment card market in Ukraine, the processes of formation of national payment platforms. Proposed: methods of organizing strategic management in the bank taking into account the modern requirements of digital transformation
