dc.description.abstractThe evaluation of economic development and innovation activity in Ukraine and some countries has been provided. The factors that hinder innovations in Ukraine have been determined. Foreign experience of successful use of Public Private Partnership mechanisms has been studied. The strategic directions of economic restructuring of Ukraine have been suggested. The creation of Regional Development Agency as an instrument for investment environment development has been substantiated.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractВизначено чинники, що перешкоджають інноваційній діяльності в Україні. Досліджено закордонний досвід успішного використання механізмів державно-приватного партнерства. Запропоновано стратегічні напрямки структурної перебудови економіки України. Обґрунтовано створення Агентства регіонального розвитку, як інструменту формування інвестиційного середовища.
dc.description.abstractОпределены факторы, препятствующие инновационной деятельности в Украине. Исследован зарубежный опыт успешного использования механизмов государственно-частного партнерства. Предложены стратегические направления структурной перестройки экономики Украины. Обосновано создание Агентства регионального развития, как инструмента формирования инвестиционной среды.
