Удосконалення організаційно-методичних основ оплати праці на підприємстві (на прикладі ТОВ Телекарт-прилад)

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто сутність оплати праці, основні положення стимулювання праці на підприємстві, напрями вдосконалення оплати та стимулювання праці. Наведена загальна характеристика підприємства ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад», виконано аналіз фінансово-економічного стану підприємства, проведено аналіз ефективності оплати праці на підприємстві ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад». Запропоновано вдосконалити систему оплати праці за рахунок впровадження побічно-відрядної системи оплати праці для допоміжних та обслуговуючих робітників та запровадити на підприємстві систему стимулювання праці.The essence of payment of work, the basic provisions of stimulation of work at the enterprise, directions of improvement of payment and stimulation of work are considered in work. The general characteristics of the enterprise "Telecard-Prylad" are given, the analysis of financial and economic condition of the enterprise is carried out, the analysis of efficiency of payment at the enterprise "Telecard- Prylad" is carried out. It is proposed to improve the system of remuneration through the introduction of part-time system of remuneration for support and service workers and to introduce a system of labor incentives at the enterprise.
