Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутності залучених ресурсів банку, їх склад та характеристика; визначені етапи управління залученими коштами; досліджені зміст та особливості використання методів управління залученими ресурсами. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденцій управління залученими ресурсами банку; досліджено процес формування фінансових ресурсів у конкретному банку; зроблена оцінка продуктового ряду, структури та динаміки залучених коштів фізичних та юридичних осіб - клієнтів банку. Запропоновано напрямки вдосконалення сучасних методів залучення депозитних ресурсів, пропозиції щодо оцінки ефективності та повноти використання фінансових ресурсів, оптимізації ресурсного забезпечення банку.

Diploma thesis deals with the theoretical aspects of the nature of the attracted resources of the bank, their composition and characteristics; stages of management of attracted funds; the content and peculiarities of using the methods of managing the attracted resources are investigated. The modern tendencies of management of attracted resources of the bank are analyzed; the process of formation of financial resources in a particular bank is investigated; The product range, structure and dynamics of attracted funds of individuals and legal entities - clients of the bank were evaluated. The directions of improvement of modern methods of attraction of deposit resources, proposals for evaluation of efficiency and completeness of the use of financial resources, optimization of the bank's resources are offered.
