Інформаційні технології як головний виклик сучасності

Abstract

Досліджується вплив інформаційних і комунікаційних технологій на соціокультурні процеси. Показано, що стаючи субстанціональною основою соціально-економічних взаємодій, інформація породжує новий тип інтелекту, у формуванні котрого традиційна антропоцентрична модель знання, як ціннісно-забарвлені та систематизовані уявлення про світ, втрачає своє значення, поступаючись місцем інформаційній моделі знання. Наголошується, що така модель обумовлює фрагментарно- мозаїчний характер картини світу, підміняє його віртуально-цифровою емуляцією, переформатовує під себе сенси буття людини, її діяльності, істину, поглиблює рівень деградації та відчуження людської сутності. Робиться висновок, що сучасна інформаційна культура морально та світоглядно дезорієнтує людину, породжує анонімну колективність, позбавляє її суб’єктності у взаємодіях зі світом.

Influence of information and of communication technologies is investigated on sociocultural processes. It is shown, that information becomes substance basis of socio–economic interaction and generates the new type of intellect, in forming of that the traditional anthropocentric model of knowledge, as the systematized and valued painted ideas about the world, loses its meaning and replaced by the informative model of knowledge. It is marked, that such model generates a fragmentary-tessellated character of the world picture, substitutes it by its virtually–digital emulation, reformat under itself senses of existence of man, his activity, truth, deepens the level of degradation and alienation of human essence. Drawn conclusion, that modern informative culture causes moral and world view disorientation of man, generates an anonymous collectivity, deprives a person of subjectivity in his co–operating with the world.
