Цифровізація роздрібного сегменту української банківської системи

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи організації обслуговування роздрібних клієнтів в умовах впровадження цифрових технологій в банках. За результатами проведеного дослідження у першому розділі розглянуто сутність цифровізації банківських операцій взагалі і роздрібного бізнесу зокрема. Проаналізовано основні показники роздрібного сегменту банків України на сучасному етапі. Проведена оцінка впливу сучасних цифрових технологій на організацію обслуговування роздрібних клієнтів банків в Україні. Розглянуто шляхи подальшого розвитку роздрібного банківського бізнесу під впливом фінансових технологій. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the organization of retail customer service in the context of the implementation of digital technologies in banks. Based on the results of the research, the first section examines the essence of the digitalization of banking operations in general and retail business in particular. The main indicators of the retail segment of Ukrainian banks at the present stage are analyzed. The impact of modern digital technologies on the organization of servicing retail clients of banks in Ukraine was assessed. The ways of further development of retail banking business under the influence of financial technologies were considered.
