Abstract

Особливості розвитку економіки України протягом останніх років характеризуються процесом системної інституціональної трансформації. Відбуваються глибокі економічні зміни, активно формуються нові підходи до управління економікою, вдосконалюються ринкові методи господарювання, реалізуються євроінтеграційні процеси та здійснюються адаптація та зміни українського законодавства відповідно до нормативної бази ЄС. Складність та суперечливість сучасних трансформаційних процесів, нагальність розв’язання цих та інших проблем обумовлює актуальність та прикладне значення їх усебічного вивчення та об’єктивної економіко-правової оцінки. Сучасні виклики та розгортання нової світової економічної кризи у зв’язку з пандемією COVID-19 потребують переосмислення соціально-економічних процесів, які відбуваються, та прийняття адаптивних або, в деяких випадках, радикальних рішень в управлінні країною та захисту її національних інтересів. Матеріали конференції орієнтовані на науковців, аспірантів та студентів економічних спеціальностей закладів вищої освіти, а також фахівців економічних підрозділів підприємтв та організацій.

Peculiarities of Ukraine's economic development in recent years are characterized by the process of systemic institutional transformation. There are profound economic changes, new approaches to economic management, market management methods are improved, European integration processes are being implemented and adaptation and changes are being carried out Ukrainian legislation in accordance with EU regulations. Complexity and contradiction of modern transformation processes, urgency solving these and other problems determines their relevance and practical significance comprehensive study and objective economic and legal assessment. Modern challenges and the unfolding of a new global economic crisis in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic need to rethink the socio-economic processes that are taking place, and making adaptive or, in some cases, radical decisions in management country and the protection of its national interests. The conference materials are aimed at scientists, graduate students and students economic specialties of higher education institutions, as well as economic specialists divisions of enterprises and organizations.

During the years of independence in Ukraine, the search for the most effective and efficient ways to develop the economy and civil society continues. Almost thirty years of experience in the development of our own political and economic system shows that we have some positive developments that have allowed us to integrate the domestic economy into the world economic system. But the reality shows that there are still many problems and unresolved issues in Ukraine's development that prevent the country from being a developed participant in the world market and ensuring a decent standard of living for the majority of the country's population. Therefore, the modernization and development of institutions, mechanisms and models of public administration is becoming an urgent issue for the country. It is for this purpose that the reform of public administration and administration has begun in Ukraine, and the search for, development and implementation of the most effective forms, methods and techniques for ensuring their economic development is being carried out.
