Шляхи підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства (на прикладі ПП «СОВАС»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес обґрунтування ефективності проекту підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та методологічні основи конкурентоспроможності підприємства: розглянуто місце конкуренції та конкурентної боротьби у ринковій економіці, сутність та методи оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства та особливості функціонування підприємств у сфері транспортно- експедиторських послуг. Надано характеристику та фінансово-економічний аналіз діяльності ПП «СОВАС», проаналізовано ринок транспортно-експедиторських послуг та надано оцінку поточної конкурентної позиції підприємства; обґрунтовано доцільність проекту створення складського комплексу, форми фінансування проекту та надано оцінку ефективності проекту підвищення конкурентоспроможності.The master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the study is the process of substantiating the effectiveness of the enterprise competitiveness improvement project. The work examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise competitiveness: the place of competition and competitive struggle in the market economy, the essence and methods of assessing enterprise competitiveness and the peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in the field of transport and forwarding services are considered. A description and financial and economic analysis of the activities of the "SOVAS" was provided, the market of transport and forwarding services was analyzed and an assessment of the company's current competitive position was provided; the expediency of the project of creating a warehouse complex, the form of financing the project, and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the project of increasing competitiveness are substantiated.
