Перспективи розвитку ресторанного бізнесу та диверсифікації ресторанних послуг у воєнний період в України (на прикладі ресторану «Antica Cantina»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. Об’єкт дослідження роботи – процес обслуговування відвідувачів ресторанного закладу «Аntica Cantina». Предметом дослідження є науково-практичні положення щодо диверсифікації послуг ресторанного закладу «Аntica Cantina». Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у аналізі та розробленні заходів щодо диверсифікації послуг на підприємстві ресторанного господарства на прикладі ресторану «Аntica Cantina». У роботі досліджено теоретичні аспекти перспектив розвитку ресторанного бізнесу та диверсифікації послуг у воєнний період. Аналізується стан господарської діяльності підприємства ресторанного господарства ресторану «Antica Cantina». Пропонуються заходи щодо диверсифікації послуг на підприємстві ресторанного господарства. За результатами дослідження обґрунтована доцільність впровадження наведених заходів та проаналізована їх ефективність. The object of the research work is the process of serving visitors to the restaurant establishment «Аntica Cantina». The subject of the research is the scientific and practical provisions on the diversification of services of the restaurant establishment «Аntica Cantina». The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze and develop measures for the diversification of services at a restaurant enterprise using the example of the restaurant «Аntica Cantina». The paper explores theoretical aspects of the prospects for the development of the restaurant business and diversification of services during the war period. The state of the economic activity of the restaurant enterprise "Antica Cantina" is analyzed. Measures are proposed for the diversification of services at the restaurant enterprise. According to the results of the research, the feasibility of implementing the above measures is substantiated and their effectiveness is analyzed.
