Соціально-психологічний клімат у колективі та шляхи його поліпшення (на прикладі ТОВ «Копійка-Центр»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування соціально-психологічного клімату в колективі. Виявлено види мікроклімату в колективі та узагальнено поняття. Досліджено методи діагностики та чинники впливу на соціально-психологічний клімат у колективі. Проаналізовано соціально-економічну структуру персоналу організації. Оцінено діяльність ТОВ «Копійка-Центр». Досліджено існуючий стан соціально-психологічного клімату в компанії. Виявлено основні проблеми негативного мікроклімату в колективі ТОВ «Копійка-Центр». Запропоновано заходи, спрямовані на поліпшення соціально-психологічного клімату в колективі ТОВ «Копійка-Центр». Розраховано очікувану економічну та соціальну ефективність від запропонованих рекомендацій.

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the socio-psychological climate in the limited liability company «Kopiyka-Center». The subject of the research is the process of forming the social and psychological climate and its improvement. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the formation of the social and psychological climate in the team. The types of microclimate in the team were identified and the concept was generalized. Diagnostic methods and factors affecting the social and psychological climate in the team were studied. The socio-economic structure of the organization's personnel was analyzed. The activity of the limited liability company «Kopiyka-Center» was evaluated. The existing state of the social and psychological climate in the company was studied. The main problems of the negative microclimate in the collective of the limited liability company «Kopiyka-Center» were identified. Measures aimed at improving the social and psychological climate in the collective of the limited liability company «Kopiyka-Center» are proposed. The expected economic and social effectiveness of the proposed recommendations is calculated.
