Сучасні питання щодо поліпшення становища молоді на ринку праці

Abstract

У статті розглянуто характеристику кожної з трьох молодіжних вікових груп, та виділено основні проблеми представників цих груп на ринку праці. Досліджено динаміку рівня безробіття серед молоді та інших вікових груп за 2017 – 2022 рр. Проведений аналіз показав, що найвищими є показники безробіття у молодіжних групах 15 – 24 рр та 25 – 29 рр., причому у 2022 році відбулось їх суттєве зростання. Відмічено особливості молодіжного безробіття – більш високі його показники серед сільської молоді порівняно із міською, значна частка у його структурі тривалого та застійного безробіття. Акцентовано увагу на негативних наслідках молодіжного безробіття на особистому та загальнонаціональному рівні. Наголошено на завданнях державної політики щодо працевлаштування молоді.

The article examines the characteristics of each of the three youth age groups, and highlights the main problems of representatives of these groups in the labor market. The dynamics of the level of unemployment among youth and other age groups for 2017-2022 were studied. The analysis showed that the highest rates of unemployment are among youth groups aged 15-24 and 25-29, and their significant increase occurred in 2022. The peculiarities of youth unemployment are noted - its indicators are higher among rural youth compared to urban youth, a significant share in its structure is long-term and stagnant unemployment. Attention is focused on the negative consequences of youth unemployment at the personal and national level. Emphasis is placed on the tasks of state policy regarding youth employment.
