Рекреаційно-туристичні послуги гірських територій (на прикладі Поляницької територіальної громади Івано-Франківської області): регіональний аспект

Abstract

Метою дослідження є комплексний аналіз системи рекреаційно-туристичних послуг гірських територій Івано-Франківської області на прикладі Поляницької територіальної громади (ТГ) з урахуванням сучасних геополітичних та соціально-економічних умов. Актуальність теми зумовлена зростанням ролі туризму як ключового сектору економіки гірських регіонів та необхідністю диверсифікації туристичного продукту в умовах трансформації регіональної економіки. Під час дослідження використано системний, порівняльний та структурно-функціональний методи, а також методи економічного аналізу та узагальнення статистичних даних, що дозволило оцінити сучасний стан і тенденції розвитку туристичних послуг. Нами встановлено, що Поляницька ТГ вирізняється високим рівнем концентрації туристичних потоків, домінуванням послуг активного відпочинку та розвинутою туристичною інфраструктурою, а також диверсифікацією сервісів за рахунок розвитку оздоровчих, гастрономічних і подієвих компонентів. Практична значимість дослідження полягає в удосконаленні підходів до аналізу структури рекреаційно-туристичних послуг гірських територій як комплексної системи взаємопов’язаних сервісів. Запропоновані підходи можуть бути використані органами місцевого самоврядування, суб’єктами туристичного бізнесу та іншими зацікавленими сторонами для підвищення ефективності управління туристичним бізнесом, оптимізації структури послуг та формування конкурентоспроможного туристичного продукту. The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the system of recreational and tourism services in the mountainous areas of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, using the Polyanytsia territorial community (hromada) as a case study, with due consideration of current geopolitical and socio-economic conditions. The relevance of the research stems from the increasing role of tourism as a key driver of economic development in mountain regions, as well as the need to diversify the tourism product in the context of ongoing regional economic transformation. The object of this study is the system of recreational and tourism services in the mountainous areas of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, which is shaped by natural resource potential, socio-economic factors, and institutional conditions of territorial community development. The subject of the research is the structural features and development prospects of recreational and tourism services, using the Polianytska territorial community as a case study. The relevance of the topic is driven by the growing role of tourism as a key sector of the mountain regional economy and the need to diversify the tourism product under conditions of regional economic transformation. Method. The information base of the study includes official materials of local self-government bodies, statistical data on tourism tax revenues, analytical reports of IvanoFrankivsk Oblast, as well as scholarly publications addressing issues of recreation and tourism development in mountainous areas. The research employed systemic, comparative, and structural-functional methods, as well as methods of economic analysis and statistical generalization, which enabled an assessment of the current state and development trends of tourism services. Results. The results of the study reveal that the system of recreational and tourism services in the Polianytska territorial community is characterized by a high concentration of tourist flows, a predominance of active recreation services and ski infrastructure, as well as a gradual diversification of services through the development of wellness, gastronomic, and event-based components. In particular, the Bukovel resort plays a key role in shaping the region’s tourism attractiveness, generating a multiplier effect for the development of related service sectors. It has been established that the growth of the tourism tax serves as an indicator of the community’s increasing economic capacity and the efficient utilization of its recreational potential. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty lies in the improvement of methodological approaches to analyzing the structure of tourism services in mountain areas as an integrated system of interrelated service components. Practical importance. The practical significance of the study lies in the applicability of its findings for local self-government authorities and tourism stakeholders in formulating sustainable tourism development strategies, enhancing destination competitiveness, and optimizing tourism products.
