Розробка та обґрунтування доцільності та ефективності інвестиційного проекту у сфері альтернативної енергетики

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи розробки інвестиційних проектів, аналіз ринку альтернативної енергетики України та проводиться оцінка ефективності інвестиційного проекту з будівництва сонячної електростанції на базі ТОВ «КТЛ-Логістик». Також визначаються основні ризики проекту та напрямки їх мінімізації. Основною метою дослідження є розробка, обґрунтування доцільності та аналіз ефективності інвестиційного проекту у сфері альтернативної енергетики. Об’єктом дослідження є процес розробки та оцінки ефективності інвестиційного проекту у сфері альтернативної енергетики на базі ТОВ «КТЛ-Логістик». Предметом дослідження є інвестиції та інвестиційні проекти підприємства.

The theoretical bases of investment projects development, analysis of the alternative energy market in Ukraine and the evaluation of the efficiency of the investment project for the construction of a solar power plant based on LLC "KTL-Logistic" are being considered. The main risks of the project and the directions for their minimization are also determined. The main objective of the study is to develop, justify the feasibility and analysis of the effectiveness of the investment project in the field of alternative energy. The object of the research is the process of development and evaluation of the efficiency of the investment project in the field of alternative energy on the basis of LLC "KTL-Logistic". The subject of the study is investment and investment projects of the enterprise.
