Оцінка впливу воєнного стану на розвиток агропромислових формувань України

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню впливу початку повномасштабних воєнних дій на діяльність агропромислових формувань України. Метою статті є детальний аналіз соціальної, екологічної та економічної складових сільського господарства вітчизняної економіки. Під час проведення наукового дослідження використано методи аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення, розрахунково-аналітичний, графічний, а також застосовано коефіцієнтний аналіз та системний підхід. На підставі проведеного дослідження встановлено, що ключовим чинником розвитку агропромислових формувань у післявоєнний час є побудова плану підтримки та розвитку сільського господарства України. Проведений аналіз основних показників соціальної, екологічної та економічної сфер засвідчив про зменшення загальної кількості агропромислових формувань при одночасному збільшенні кількості фермерських господарств, зменшенні утворення відходів від діяльності агропромислових формувань та зниженні чисельності сільського населення, що зумовлено багатьма факторами. Практично обґрунтовано, що успішність діяльності агропромислових формувань залежить від кількості найманих працівників у сільському, лісовому та рибному господарстві, що передусім відображається на фінансових показниках діяльності підприємств. Перспективи подальших наукових досліджень мають бути спрямовані на дослідження ролі держави у діяльності агропромислових формувань та їх внеску у розвиток сільського господарства; побудову детального плану розвитку та підтримки сільського господарства у післявоєнний час; на дослідження питань щодо збільшення сільського населення та кількості найманих працівників в аграрному секторі національної економіки.

The article is devoted to the study of the impact of the outbreak of full-scale military operations on the activities of agro-industrial formations of Ukraine. The purpose of the article is a detailed analysis of the social, ecological and economic component of agriculture of the national economy. During the scientific research, methods of analysis, synthesis, generalisation, computational-analytical, graphical methods were used, as well as coefficient analysis and a systematic approach. Based on the conducted study, it was established that the key factor in the development of agro-industrial formations in the post-war period is the construction of a plan for the support and development of Ukraine's agriculture. The analysis of the main indicators of the social, environmental and economic spheres showed a decrease in the total number of agro-industrial formations with a simultaneous increase in the number of farms, a decrease in the generation of waste from the activities of agro-industrial formations and a decrease in the number of the rural population, which is caused by many factors. It is practically substantiated that the success of agro-industrial formations depends on the number of employees in agriculture, forestry and fisheries, which is primarily reflected in the financial indicators of the enterprises' activities. Prospects for further scientific research should be aimed at studying the role of the state in the activities of agro-industrial formations and their contribution to the development of agriculture; building a detailed plan for the development and support of agriculture in the post-war period; and studying issues related to the increase in the rural population and the number of hired workers in the agrarian sector of the national economy.
