Abstract

В роботі розкрито економічну сутність та джерела фінансування охорони здоров’я. Досліджено науково-практичні моделі фінансування охорони здоров’я. Здійснено аналіз тенденцій формування обсягів джерел та структури фінансування охорони здоров’я. Виявлено проблемні аспекти бюджетного фінансування охорони здоров’я. Проаналізовано медичне страхування у системі фінансування охорони здоров’я. Досліджено проблематику залучення зовнішніх резервів для нарощення фінансових ресурсів охорони здоров’я. Окреслено перспективи та потенційні джерела збільшення фінансових ресурсів охорони здоров’я в Україні. The paper reveals the economic essence and sources of healthcare financing. Scientific and practical models of healthcare financing are studied. The analysis of trends in the formation of the volumes of sources and structure of healthcare financing is carried out. Problematic aspects of healthcare budget financing are identified. Medical insurance in the healthcare financing system is analyzed. The issues of attracting external reserves to increase healthcare financial resources are studied. Prospects and potential sources of increasing healthcare financial resources in Ukraine are outlined.
