Стратегічні засади системи освіти на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки

Abstract

Сучасний розвиток економіки вимагає від системи освіти формувати у нових членів суспільства якості творчого мислення, які давали б їм можливість швидко та з позитивними емоціями змінювати кваліфікацію в умовах технологічних змін та успішно вирішувати творчі завдання. Але репродуктивна методика передачі знань та компетенцій, яку використовує в даний час система освіти, не здатна виконати таке замовлення. Розроблена авторами «Випереджаюча педагогіка», побудована на об’єктивних законах розвитку штучних систем, пропонує змінити репродуктивну методику на дослідницьку і будувати викладання учбового матеріалу як пошук рішення проблемної ситуації за допомогою розроблених авторами алгоритмів. Більш ніж 30-річна практика впровадження технології формування системного мислення в учбовий процес навчальних закладів різних рівнів показала, що ця технологія повністю відповідає вимогам економіки і суспільства до сучасної системи освіти.

The modern development of the economy requires the education system to form the qualities of creative thinking in new members of society, which would enable them to quickly and with positive emotions change their qualifications in the conditions of technological changes and successfully solve creative tasks. But the reproductive method of transferring knowledge and competences, which is currently used by the education system, is not able to fulfill such an order. The "Оutstripping Pedagogy" developed by the authors, built on the objective laws of the development of artificial systems, proposes to change the reproductive method to a research one and to build the teaching of educational material as a search for a solution to a problem situation with the help of algorithms developed by the authors. The more than 30-year practice of introducing the technology of forming systems thinking into the educational process of educational institutions of various levels has shown that this technology fully meets the requirements of the economy and society for the modern education system.
