Оптимізація шляхів підбору персоналу логістичних компаній України

Abstract

Ефективна транспортна і торговельна логістика є ключовими для розвитку конкурентоспроможності країн на світовому ринку. Для України логістика особливо важлива, оскільки міжнародна торгівля становить значну частину ВВП. Розташування України на перетині магістральних транспортних шляхів з Європи до Азії та від скандинавських держав до регіону Середземномор'я створює унікальні можливості для роз¬витку послуг у сфері транзиту. Слід зазначити, що Україна є світовим постачальником харчових продуктів та провідним експортером сільськогосподарської продукції, відіграючи важливу роль у забезпеченні безпеки продуктів харчування у світі. Незважаючи на важливість та потенціал у сфері логістичних послуг, тран¬спортні потужності в Україні є нижчими від стандартів. Через це питання підбору персоналу у логістичні компанії є актуальною темою для розгляду. У статті розглянуто методи оптимізації підбору персоналу у логістичні компанії, структуру персоналу та загальні критерії підбору співробітників у сфері логістики

Efficient transport and trade logistics are key to developing countries' competitiveness in the global market. Logistics is especially important for Ukraine, since international trade makes up a significant part of GDP. The loca¬tion of Ukraine at the intersection of the main transport routes from Europe to Asia and from the Scandinavian states to the Mediterranean region creates unique opportunities for the development of transit services. It should be noted that Ukraine is a global supplier of food products and a leading exporter of agricultural products, playing an important role in ensuring food safety in the world. Despite the importance and potential in the field of logistics services, trans¬port capacities in Ukraine are below standards. As you know, the basis for the success of all sectors of the economy, including the logistics sector, are qualified specialists. To date, representatives of the logistics business have noted a lack of professional personnel in logistics and supply chain management. With the formation of global logistics sys¬tems and multimodal transport and logistics centers, the logistics component is becoming a competitive advantage for many market participants. Undoubtedly, Ukraine has a significant transit potential, and the volume of electronic commerce is increasing annually, which leads to the growth of the international market of logistics services. The lack of qualified specialists in the field of logistics is one of the factors that influence the position of countries in the rank¬ing according to the LPI indicator, which reflects the quality of the provision of customs services, trade and transport infrastructure, the process of organizing international deliveries, the quality of logistics services and the competence of staff, as well as the ability to track cargo and timely delivery of goods to the destination. Therefore, the issue of recruiting personnel for logistics companies is an urgent topic for consideration. The article discusses methods for optimizing the selection of personnel in logistics companies. The personnel structure and general criteria that are put forward for the selection of employees in the field of logistics.
