Інвестиційна привабливість регіону та заходи щодо її забезпечення (на прикладі Одеської області)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Розраховано основні економічні показники,які характеризують інвестиційну привабливість Одеської області, проаналізовано основні галузі економіки. Оцінено політику державного регулювання інвестиційною привабливістю. Проаналізовано структуру та динаміку інвестицій Одеської області. Визначено шляхи підвищення інвестиційної привабливості регіону, можливість імплементації зарубіжного досвіду. Визначено стратегічні орієнтири підвищення інвестиційної привабливості Одеської області.

The paper considers theoretical aspects of investment attractiveness of the region. The main economic indicators that characterize the investment attractiveness of the Odessa region are calculated, the main branches of the economy are analyzed. The policy of state regulation of investment attractiveness is estimated. The structure and dynamics of investments of the Odessa region are analyzed. The ways of increase of investment attractiveness of the region, possibility of implementation of foreign experience are determined. The strategic guidelines for increasing the investment attractiveness of the Odessa region are determined.
