Стан та перспективи розвитку міжнародної міграції робочої сили України в умовах отримання статусу кандидата в ЄС

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси впливу міжнародних потоків робочої сили на економічні процеси в умовах посилення євроінтеграції. Досліджено теоретичні основи процесу міжнародної міграції робочої сили, проведено критичний огляд наукових підходів до визначення означеної категорії. Досліджено методи визначення показників міжнародного руху робочої сили. Визначено тенденції та оцінено вплив отримання Україною статусу кандидата в ЄС на стан міжнародної міграції робочої сили, здійснено аналіз чинників, які впливають на стан міжнародної міграції робочої сили, проаналізовано показники міграції. Запропоновано заходи, що мають призвести до удосконалення регулювання процесу міжнародної міграції робочої сили, спрогнозовано її подальший розвиток.Thesis consists of three chapters. The object of the study is the processes of influence of international labor flows on economic processes in the conditions of strengthening European integration. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the process of international labor migration are investigated, a critical review of scientific approaches to the definition of this category is carried out. The methods of determining the indicators of international labor movement are investigated. Trends are identified and the impact of Ukraine's candidate status in the EU on the state of international labor migration is assessed, the factors that affect the state of international labor migration are analyzed, and migration indicators are analyzed. Thesis offers directions of the measures that should lead to the improvement of regulation of the international labor migration process are proposed, its further development is forecasted.
