Інноваційний потенціал регіонів України: теоретичний аспект та оцінка розвитку

Abstract

Визначено, що інноваційність економіки визначається переходом до інтенсивного типу розширеного виробництва. Доведено, що інноваційний потенціал поєднує можливість та готовність суб’єкта до здійснення інноваційної діяльності. Сформульовано характерні ознаки та нові якості інноваційного розвитку національної економіки. Відмічено наявність диспропорцій економічного розвитку регіонів, спричинених гальмуванням територіальної дифузії ресурсів і нововведень, що означає ослаблену дію інтенсивних (інноваційних) чинників економічного зростання і посилення екстенсивних.

It is defined that peculiarities of the innovative economy are caused by the possess of transition to an intensive type of expanded production. It is proved that the innovative potential combines the possibility and readiness of the entity to introduce innovations. The salient features and new qualities of innovative development of the national economy are formulated. The existence of imbalances in economy development of the regions caused by the inhibition of territorial diffusion of resources and innovations is noted, which means the weakened effect of intensive (innovative) factors of economy growth and intensification of extensive ones.
