Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи сутності процесу внутрішньо фірмового планування. Проаналізовано діяльність підприємства та сучасні тенденції розвитку рибопродуктової галузі. Визначено галузеві загрози й можливості ТОВ «Аквафрост». Обґрунтовано вдосконалення системи планування підприємства та запропонований план-графік операційних процесів з дотриманням технологічних вимог вирощування устриць.Diploma thesis deals with the theoretical foundations of the essence of the process of internal firm planning. The activity of the enterprise and modern trends of the fish industry development are analyzed. The industry threats and opportunities of "Akvafrost" Ltd. are determined. The improvement of the planning system of the enterprise and the proposed schedule of operational processes with observance of technological requirements of growing oysters are substantiated.
