Видатки місцевих бюджетів України

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи формування видатків місцевих бюджетів. Досліджена прагматика та проблематика виконання місцевих бюджетів України. Розглянуто досвід формування видаткової частини бюджетів об’єднаних територіальних громад Одеської області та м. Одеси. Розроблені завдання оптимізації виконання місцевих бюджетів за видатками.Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study - the process of execution of the expenditure part of local budgets of Ukraine and the tools used in this process. The theoretical bases of formation of expenses of local budgets are considered in the work. The pragmatics and problems of execution of local budgets of Ukraine are investigated. The experience of forming the expenditure part of the budgets of the united territorial communities of Odessa region and the city of Odessa is considered. Tasks for optimizing the execution of local budgets by expenditures have been developed.
