Розвиток освіти як соціального інституту

Abstract

Мета роботи: розглянути освіту як соціальний інститут, що виконує цивілізаційну (економічну, соціальну, гуманітарну і культурну) роль в суспільстві, як процес засвоєння накопиченого людством наукового знання, придбання певних навичок і вмінь для подальшого виконання соціально значущих функцій. На основі аналізу сучасних трансформацій показується діалектичний зв’язок освіти і соціалізації: освіта, яка бере участь в соціальній інтеграції, забезпечує становлення соціально значущої особистості, а соціалізація, інтегрована в загальний процес навчання, виховання і розвитку особистості, стає невід’ємною складовою освіти. У сучасному світі освіта – складне і багатогранне суспільне явище, сфера передачі, освоєння і переробки знань і соціального досвіду. Освіта інтегрує різні види і зміст навчальної та виховної діяльності в єдину соціальну систему, орієнтує їх на соціальне замовлення і потреби суспільства. Розвиток самого суспільства, стан його культури і духовності, темпи економічного, науково–технічного, соціального прогресу залежать від якості і рівня освіти. Сучасний стан українського суспільства обумовлено процесом входження в світове цивілізоване співтовариство. Даний процес зачіпає і такий соціальний інститут, як освіта. Йдеться, перш за все, про те, що в сучасному світі зросла роль освіти, яка стало одним з вирішальних, визначальних чинників ефективного розвитку суспільства.

Purpose: to consider education as a social institution that performs civilization (economic, social, humanitarian and cultural) role in society, as a process of skills and abilities for the further performance of socially meaningful functions. On the basis of the analysis of modern transformations, a dialectical link between education and socialization is shown: education that takes part in social integration ensures the formation of a socially important person, and socialization, integrated into the overall process of education, education and development of the individual, becomes an integral part of education. In the modern world, education is a complex and multifaceted social phenomenon, the sphere of transmission, mastering and processing of knowledge and social experience. Education integrates different types and contents of educational and educational activities into a single social system, orienting them to the social order and the needs of society. The development of society itself, the state of its culture and spirituality, the pace of economic, scientific and technological, social progress depend on the quality and level of education. The current state of Ukrainian society is due to the process of joining the world civilized community. This process also affects a social institution such as education. In the modern world, the role of education has grown, which has become one of the decisive, determining factors for the effective development of society.
