Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу стану, динаміки та перспектив розвитку світового ринку M&A. У статті виокремлено основні хронологічні етапи розвитку світового ринку M&A, показано циклічні хвилі M&A протягом останнього століття та їх мотивацію. Висвітлено тенденції та проблемні питання розвитку світового ринку M&A та його особливостей на сучасному етапі. Обґрунтовані фактори впливу на динаміку світового ринку M&A. Розглянуто міжнародний досвід, визначені переваги і недоліки міжнародної практики укладання M&A-угод, проаналізовано основні напрями інтеграційних процесів.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the state, dynamics and prospects of the M&A world market. The article outlines the main chronological stages of the development of the M&A world market, shows the cyclical M&A waves of the last century and their motivation. The trends and problematic issues of the development of the M&A world market and its features at the present stage are covered. The factors influencing the dynamics of the world M&A market are grounded. The international experience is considered, the advantages and disadvantages of international practice of concluding M&A agreements are determined, the main directions of integration processes are analyzed.
