Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти Аналізу та управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Проаналізовано Фінансово-господарську діяльність ТОВ «ЮР-ТВІН», бізнес-портфель підприємства, конкурентоспроможність підприємства на товарних ринках Запорізької та Дніпропетровської областей, досліджено внутрішній потенціал підприємства за допомогою матриці SWOT-аналізу, визначено напрямки подальшого розвитку та ефективність запропонованих заходів. Запропоновано Розвиток торгової мережі, як в рамках своїх ринків збуту, так і за їх межами. Проведено економічне обґрунтування відкриття філіалу у м. Кривий Ріг.The work deals with the theoretical aspects_ Research and management of enterprise competitiveness.
