Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування кредитного портфелю комерційного банку АТ КБ «Приватбанк». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні основи управління кредитним портфелем комерційних банків і розробка рекомендацій щодо його покращення. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та практичні питання організації кредитної політики та формування кредитного портфелю комерційних банків на прикладі комерційного банку АТ КБ «Приватбанк». Визначено етапи формування політики управління кредитною діяльністю банку. Проведено аналіз фінансової діяльності банку та визначена позиція банку на ринку фінансових послуг. Досліджені особливості управління кредитним портфелем банку та його ефективність АТ КБ «Приватбанк». Зроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення формування кредитного портфелю АТ КБ «Приватбанк».The bachelor's thesis consists of three sections. The object of research is the processes of formation of the loan portfolio of the commercial bank of JSC CB "Privatbank". The subject of research is the theoretical and practical foundations of credit portfolio management of commercial banks and the development of recommendations for its improvement. The paper considers theoretical and practical issues of credit policy organization and formation of the loan portfolio of commercial banks on the example of a commercial bank JSC CB "Privatbank". The stages of formation of the bank's credit management policy are determined. The analysis of the bank's financial activity is carried out and the bank's position on the financial services market is determined. The peculiarities of the bank 's loan portfolio management and its efficiency of Privatbank JSC have been studied. Proposals have been made to improve the formation of the loan portfolio of JSC CB "Privatbank".
