Резерви зниження собівартості продукції ТОВ «Торговий дім «Левада»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління собівартістю продукції на промисловому підприємстві. Проаналізовано склад і структура операційних витрат ТОВ «Торговий дім «Левада», співвідношення основних і накладних витрат підприємства, динаміка показника витрат на 1 грн. реалізованої продукції з 2013 по 2018 рік. Запропоновані заходи, спрямовані на зниження собівартості продукції на аналізованому підприємстві, а саме: заміна засобів дезінфекції устаткування; механізація транспортування і вдосконалення зберігання м'ясного фаршу.

The paper discusses the theoretical aspects of managing the cost of production in an industrial enterprise. Analyzed the composition and structure of operating expenses of LLC «Trading house «Levada», the ratio of the main and overhead costs of the enterprise, the dynamics of costs for 1 UAH products sold from 2013 to 2018. Proposed measures aimed at reducing the cost of production at an analyzed enterprise, namely: replacement of equipment for disinfection of equipment; mechanization of transportation and improvement of storage of minced meat.
