Фінансові ресурси місцевих бюджетів та особливості їх формування в умовах фінансової децентралізації

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутності фінансових ресурсів місцевих бюджетів та особливості їх формування в умовах фінансової децентралізації. Проаналізовано практику формування фінансових ресурсів місцевих бюджетів України. Запропоновано удосконалення системи формування фінансових ресурсів місцевих бюджетів в умовах фінансової децентралізації з урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду.The work deals with the theoretical aspects of the essence of financial resources of local budgets and features of their formation in the conditions of financial decentralization are considered in the work. Author analysis of the practice of forming financial resources of local budgets of Ukraine. It is proposed to improve the system of formation of financial resources of local budgets in terms of financial decentralization, taking into account foreign experience.
