Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом є процеси управління фінансовими ресурсами комерційних банків в умовах ринкового розвитку економіки. Предметом є теоретичні та практичні основи управління фінансовими ресурсами комерційними банками України та розробка пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності управління ними. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи та особливості управління фінансовими ресурсами комерційного банку. Проведено аналіз основних показників діяльності банку АТ «ТАСКОМБАНК» та визначена його місце на ринку банківських послуг. Досліджені особливості управління фінансовими ресурсами банку та проведено оцінку ефективності їх використання комерційним банком АТ «ТАСКОМБАНК». В третьому розділі розглядаються основні напрями підвищення ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами комерційного банку АТ «ТАСКОМБАНК»

The bachelor's qualification work consists of three sections. The object is the processes of managing financial resources of commercial banks in the conditions of market development of the economy. The subject is the theoretical and practical foundations of financial resources management by commercial banks of Ukraine and the development of proposals to improve the efficiency of their management. The paper examines the theoretical foundations and features of the management of financial resources of a commercial bank. An analysis of the main performance indicators of JSC "TASCOMBANK" bank was carried out and its place in the market of banking services was determined. Peculiarities of managing the bank's financial resources were studied and the effectiveness of their use by the TASKOMBANK JSC commercial bank was evaluated. In the third section, the main areas of increasing the efficiency of the management of financial resources of the commercial bank TASKOMBANK JSC are considered
