Abstract

У роботі досліджено теоретичні засади технології підбору персоналу, визначено сутність та основні етапи цього процесу. Розглянуто чинники, які впливають на ефективність підбору персоналу. Проаналізовано основні показники діяльності ТОВ «Імпортмакс», зокрема кадровий склад організації та результати існуючої технології підбору персоналу. Виявлено основні проблеми в процесі найму та оцінено ефективність поточних методів. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення технології підбору персоналу. Розроблено покроковий план змін для підвищення ефективності процесу наймуThe work examines the theoretical foundations of personnel selection technology, identifies the essence and main stages of this process. Factors that affect the effectiveness of personnel selection are considered. The main indicators of the activities of Importmax LLC are analyzed, in particular the personnel composition of the organization and the results of the existing personnel selection technology. The main problems in the recruitment process are identified and the effectiveness of current methods is assessed. Recommendations are offered for improving personnel selection technology. A step-by-step plan of changes is developed to increase the efficiency of the recruitment process.
