Моделювання інформаційної стійкості управління змінами на підприємстві

Abstract

У статті розглянуто актуальність моделювання бізнес-процесів як інструменту реалізації стратегії розвитку підприємства. Акцентовано на ролі логічних моделей у системному підході до управління, зокрема при формуванні портфеля інвестиційних проектів в інтегрованих корпоративних структурах. Мета статті полягає у формуванні підходу до створення комплексної методики моделювання бізнес-процесів при реалізації бізнес-проектів для підвищення інформаційної стійкості підприємства в умовах внутрішніх та зовнішніх змін. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання функціонального, об’єктно-орієнтованого та комплексного підходів до моделювання, наведено переваги й недоліки кожного з них. Визначено роль імітаційних та оптимізаційних моделей у підтримці прийняття управлінських рішень. Зроблено висновок про необхідність системного, варіативного підходу до побудови моделей для ефективного управління бізнес-процесами в умовах змінного середовища. In the dynamic conditions of today’s economy, business process modeling is becoming a critical instrument for ensuring the sustainable development and strategic adaptability of enterprises. The purpose of the article is to form an approach to creating a comprehensive methodology for modeling business processes during the implementation of business projects to increase the information stability of an enterprise in the face of internal and external changes. With the growing complexity of organizational structures, especially in integrated corporate formations, there is a need for more flexible and analytical approaches to managing transformations. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the methodological foundations and practical importance of business process modeling as a tool for strategy implementation in enterprises, particularly in the context of forming and managing investment project portfolios. The study is based on a combination of theoretical analysis and applied modeling techniques. The article analyzes logical, functional, and object-oriented modeling approaches, as well as simulation and optimization methods. The research identifies the strengths of each modeling approach depending on the goals and structural characteristics of the enterprise. It is shown that logical modeling is effective in forming strategic frameworks, functional modeling supports resource optimization, and simulation models are indispensable for forecasting outcomes and stress-testing decisions. The study also emphasizes the significance of aligning modeling efforts with managerial decision-making processes and the strategic vision of enterprise development. The article highlights the need for further integration of modeling tools into enterprise digital transformation strategies. Future research may explore the role of hybrid modeling techniques and decision-support systems in enhancing business agility. The author also notes the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in developing modeling scenarios that account for technological, economic, and human factors simultaneously.
