Напрями оптимізації послуг підприємства ресторанного господарства (на прикладі кафе «Route 33»)

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження роботи – процес обслуговування відвідувачів закладом ресторанного господарства – кафе «Route 33». Предметом дослідження є науково-практичні положення щодо оптимізації роботи закладу ресторанного господарства – кафе «Route 33». Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у аналізі та розробленні заходів щодо оптимізації послуг на підприємстві ресторанного господарства на прикладі кафе «Route 33». У роботі досліджено теоретичні аспекти оптимізації послуг на підприємстві ресторанного господарства. Аналізується стан господарської діяльності підприємства ресторанного господарства кафе «Route 33». Пропонуються заходи щодо оптимізації послуг на підприємстві ресторанного господарства. За результатами дослідження обґрунтована доцільність впровадження наведених заходів та проаналізована їх ефективністьThe qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, and a list of used sources. The object of work research is the process of serving visitors in a restaurant establishment - the «Route 33» cafe. The subject of the study is the scientific and practical provisions for optimizing the operation of the restaurant establishment - the «Route 33» cafe. The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze and develop measures to optimize services at a restaurant business using the example of the «Route 33» cafe. The theoretical aspects of service optimization at the restaurant business enterprise were investigated in the work. The state of economic activity of the restaurant enterprise of the cafe «Route 33» is analyzed. Measures to optimize services at the restaurant business are proposed. Based on the results of the study, the feasibility of the implementation of the above measures was substantiated and their effectiveness was analyzed.
