Державне регулювання розвитку підприємництва (на прикладі Одеського регіону)

Abstract

Випускна кваліфікаційна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес державного регулювання розвитку малого та середнього підприємництва в Одеській області. В роботі визначено економічну сутність малого та середнього підприємництва; досліджено механізми державного регулювання розвитку малого та середнього підприємництва; вивчено досвід зарубіжних держав у реалізації політики державного регулювання розвитку малого та середнього підприємництва; досліджено стан розвитку малого та середнього підприємництва в Одеській області; проаналізовано стан та потреби малого та середнього підприємництва в умовах війни; проаналізовано проблеми та потреби підприємців, які започаткували власну справу в Одеській області з початку війни; визначено пріоритетні напрямки реалізації політики державного регулювання розвитку малого та середнього підприємництва в регіоні; запропоновані інструменти регіональної політики з розвитку малого та середнього підприємництва в Одеській областіThe graduation thesis consists of three sections. The object of the study is the process of state regulation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Odesa region. The work defines the economic essence of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship; the mechanisms of state regulation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises were investigated; the experience of foreign countries in the implementation of the policy of state regulation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises was studied; the state of development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Odesa region was investigated; analyzed the state and needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in wartime conditions; analyzed the problems and needs of entrepreneurs who started their own business in Odesa region since the beginning of the war; the priority areas of implementation of the policy of state regulation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region are determined; proposed instruments of regional policy for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Odesa region
