Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутність трудового потенціалу підприємства, функції, методика оцінки і трудового потенціалу підприємства. Був проведений аналіз та дана оцінка трудового потенціалу ТОВ «РДС-РІТЕІЛ», надані пропозиції щодо покращення його. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарська діяльність та трудовий потенціал ТОВ «РДС-РІТЕІЛ». Запропоновано заходи, спрямовані на підвищення трудового потенціалу підприємства.The qualification of a master's work consists of three divisions. The object of the follow-up is the financial and government agency of LLC "RDS-RETEIL". The work examines the theoretical aspects of the nature of the labor potential of the enterprise, functions, the methodology for assessing and the labor potential of the enterprise. After conducting an analysis, an assessment was given to the labor potential of LLC "RDS-RETEIL", given propositions on how to improve yoga. The financial-government activities and labor potential of LLC "RDS-RETEIL" have been analyzed. It is proponated to come in, direct to the promotion of the labor potential of the enterprise.
