Abstract

Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність та зроблено оцінку конкурентоспроможності підприємства ТОВ «ПЕЛІОН-АГРО». Запропоновано заходи з удосконалення управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства, що полягають у запуску сайту ТОВ «ПЕЛІОН-АГРО», запровадженні контекстної реклами, прийнятті участі у міжнародній виставці.The work deals with the theoretical aspects of enterprise competitiveness management. Author analysis the financial and economic activity and the competitiveness of the enterprise LLC "PELION-AGRO" is estimated. Measures to improve the management of the company's competitiveness are proposed, which are to launch the site of LLC "PELION-AGRO", the introduction of contextual advertising, participation in the international exhibition.
