Циркулярна економіка в парадигмі переходу до сталого розвитку

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є циркулярна економіка та її роль у забезпеченні сталого розвитку національної економіки. Проаналізовано явище циркулярної економіки в парадигмі сталого розвитку, а також теоретичні основи екологічного регулювання економіки. Досліджено міжнародний досвід з реалізації політики переходу до циркулярної економіки та роль Індустрії 4.0 у її технологічному забезпеченні. Визначено вади вітчизняного екологічного регулювання. Запропоновано напрями підтримки переходу до економіки замкненого циклу в Україні з урахуванням світового досвіду.Thesis consists of three chapters. The object of study is the circular economy and its role in the transition to sustainable development in national economy. The theoretical foundations of ecological regulation of the economy were analyzed. The concept of circular economy in the paradigm of sustainable development was researched. The international experience in the policy of transition to the circular economy and the role of Industry 4.0 as a technological enabler of the circular economy were studied. Vulnerabilities of the Ukrainian environmental regulation were identified. Recomendations for supporting the transition to a circular economy in Ukraine, taking into account the successful experience in the developed countries, were proposed.
