Формування ефективної організаційної культури на підприємстві

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти щодо формування організаційної культури підприємства. Проаналізовано загальноекономічний стан господарюючого суб'єкту як основа організаційної культури та соціально-економічну ефективність організаційної культури ТОВ «Сафіра Груп». Запропоновано алгоритм модернізації системи управління ТОВ «Сафіра Груп» як відкритої динамічної системи під впливом організаційної культури; загальну модель оцінки організаційної культури та її ефективності; розробку та впровадження корпоративного довідника співробітника, як один із заходів удосконалення організаційної культури Товариства. Наведено економічні розрахунки щодо впровадження наведеного заходу за песимістичним та оптимістичним сценарієм.

The theoretical aspects concerning the formation of the organizational culture of the enterprise are considered in the paper. The general economic state of the economic subject as the basis of organizational culture and socio-economic efficiency of organizational culture of "Safira Group" LLC is analyzed. The algorithm of modernization of control system of LLC "Safira Group" as an open dynamic system under the influence of organizational culture is proposed; a general model for assessing organizational culture and its effectiveness; development and implementation of a corporate directory of the employee as one of the measures to improve the organizational culture of the Company. Economic calculations are presented on implementation of the given measure in a pessimistic and optimistic scenario.
