| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню сучасних реалій розвитку кавового бізнесу в Україні. Узагальнено відомості про імпорт кавової сировини та експорт готової продукції, про попит та пропозицію на ринку кави України. Розглянуто інформацію про основні формати кав’ярень. Вивчено тенденції у споживанні кави. Зроблено висновки про основні тенденції розвитку кавового бізнесу. The article is devoted to the research of modern realities of coffee business development in Ukraine. Information on import of coffee raw materials and export of finished products, supply and demand on the coffee market of Ukraine is summarized. Information on basic coffee houses formats is discussed. Trends in coffee consumption have been studied. The main trends of the coffee business development are made. |
