Аналіз сучасного стану музейної справи України

Abstract

У статті досліджено стан діяльності музейних закладів Одеського регіону та України. За період 2010-2017 рр. в Україні кількість музеїв зросла на 12,33 %, що у абсолютному виразі складає 63 музеї – це приблизно 7 нових музеїв щороку. Найбільша питома вага серед музеїв за профілем приходиться на категорію «комплексні» (у 2017 р. 40,9 % від загальної кількості). Найменша кількість музеїв приходиться на профіль «природничий», а за 2010-2017 рр. вони скоротились на 40,00 %, чи на 2 музеї. За загальною площею будівель музеїв України в топі знаходиться м. Київ, Львівська та Хмельницька області, у той час, коли Одеська область займає 13 місце із цифрою 21505 м2. Проаналізовано стан основного фонду музеїв України та Одеської області. Загальна кількість предметів основного фонду музеїв України в 2017 році склала 11 603 457 од., з яких 540 432 од. налічує Одеська область. Усі вони належать до державної частини Музейного фонду України. Кількість предметів наукового-допоміжного фонду музеїв України склала 6 053 872 од., з яких 86 200 од., нараховує Одеська область.

In the article the state of activity of Museum institutions of Odesa region and Ukraine is investigated. Over the period 2010-2017 in Ukraine, the number of museums increased by 12.33 %, which in absolute terms is 63 museums - this is about 7 new museums annually. The largest share among museums in the profile falls on the category of "complex" (in 2017, 40.9 % of the total number). The smallest number of museums falls on the "natural" profile, and in 2010-2017 they decreased by 40.00 %, or 2 museums. The number of Museum visitors according to their profile was analyzed. Thus, the largest number of visitors in 2017 accounted for (38.0 %) at the historical museums, the second place was in the Museum, the third – art. According to official statistics, the least visited are natural museums – 153.0 thousand people (0.9 %). Considering the distribution of museums by status, please note that according to 2017 in Ukraine there are 48 national and 22 state museums in general. The largest number of museums with the status of both state and national according to available data has Kiev – 6 and 21 units, respectively. Odesa region does not have a single Museum, which has the status of national, while having on its account only 2 museums of state status. On the total area of buildings of museums of Ukraine in the top is Kiev, Lviv and Khmelnitsky region, while when Odesa region takes the 13th place with the figure of 21505 m2. The state of the main Fund of museums of Ukraine and Odesa region is analyzed. The total number of items of the main Fund of museums of Ukraine in 2017 amounted to 11,603,457 units, of which 540,432 units are owned by the Odesa region. All of them belong to the state part of the Museum Fund of Ukraine. The number of items of scientific and auxiliary Fund of museums of Ukraine amounted to 6,053,872 units, of which 86,200 units are in Odesa region. To establish contact with the visitor Museum workers pay attention to the motives and needs of visiting the Museum, build an active dialogue with the Museum audience. Ukrainian visitor has its own peculiarity, formed by the historical development of the country and the Museum business, national mentality, and it requires scientific study. In total, in 2017, the museums of Ukraine were visited by 16 409,3 thousand people, of which 576,9 thousand belong to the Odesa region. This is an average result compared to other areas of the country. Most often, the museums of Ukraine are visited by students on the educational program of educational institutions.
