Пам’ятки культурної спадщини Одеського регіону як потенціал для розвитку туризму

Abstract

У статті розглядається питання потенціалу використання пам’яток культурної спадщини Одеської області для туристичної діяльності. На основі класифікації об’єктів проведено систематизацію за видами, їх поширення за адміністративними одиницями регіону. Значним є масив пам’яток археології та архітектури, їх концентрація зосереджена в приморській зоні, Бессарабії тощо. Важливою складовою частиною культурної спадщини також є колишні колонії переселенців на територію Північного Причорномор’я (болгарські, німецькі колонії переважно), які також формують культурний ландшафт, нематеріальну культуру, часто повністю втрачену. Розглянуті програми розвитку туризму області передбачають інтенсифікацію роботи у розробленні нових туристичних маршрутів, залучення нових об’єктів культурної спадщини. Реєстр пам’яток культурної спадщини не враховує значної частини об’єктів, що також можуть становити інтерес для туристів.

The potential of using the monuments of cultural heritage in Odessa region for tourist activities are considered in this article. According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Cultural Heritage”, cultural heritage sites are divided by complexes, type (monuments of archeology, architecture, history, monumental art, etc.), category (national and local importance). There are 26 cultural heritage sites of national importance in Odessa region. Based on the classification of objects, the systematization by types, their distribution by administrative units of the Odessa region was carried out. There is a significant array of monuments of archeology and architecture, especially sacred, and their concentration is concentrated in Odessa and suburbs, Bilgorod-Dnistrovsky, Izmail, Southern Bessarabia, etc. The calculation of the cultural heritage sites’ saturation indicator (number of sites per 100 sq. km) shows that the largest concentration of objects by national and local importance in rural areas is located in Lyman, Kiliia, Podilsky, Reni, Ovidiopol districts. The important component of the cultural heritage is also the former colonies of migrants to the territory of the Northern Black Sea coast – Bulgarians, Germans, Russians-Lipovans, who also formed a specific cultural landscape, intangible culture. Such resources of intangible cultural heritage also have a territorial location in Bessarabia, the suburbs, the north of the region and the Ukrainian-Moldovan border. The considered programs of regional tourism development envisage intensification of work in the development of new tourist routes (up to 10), attraction of new objects of cultural heritage, and the economic benefit. In addition, the register of cultural heritage sites does not take into account a significant part of the objects that may also be of interest to tourists, as Odessa region is one of the five regions with significant tourist arrivals. It is proposed in the tourism development program of Odessa region to review the potential of cultural heritage and the possibility of attracting new tourist destinations.
