Модель створення антикризової ради громадських організацій з питань сільського господарства на районному рівні

Abstract

Економіка переважної більшості районів України має аграрне спрямування. Однією із причин, що перешкоджають економічному розвитку району, є низька соціальна активність членів територіальних громад через нестачу необхідних знань, практичних навичок місцевих мешканців, щодо самоорганізації у вирішенні питань антикризового управління і розвитку громад. Відсутність інформації щодо наявного інституційного потенціалу громади, а також технологій залучення громадських організацій, представників бізнесу до процесу стратегічного планування, складання інвестиційних проектів унеможливлює поєднання інтересів бізнесу та місцевої влади у питаннях економічного розвитку громади.Отже, в умовах подолання наслідків макроекономічної кризи має відбуватись активізація членів територіальних громад щодо залучення альтернативних джерел фінансування на потреби розвитку територій.

The economy of the vast majority of regions of Ukraine is agricultural direction. One of the reasons hindering the economic development of the district, there is low social activity of members of the territorial communities due to lack of necessary knowledge, practical skills of local residents, on self-organization in addressing anti-crisis issues community management and development. Lack of information on what is available institutional capacity of the community, as well as technologies of involvement public organizations, business representatives to the strategic process planning, drawing up investment projects makes it impossible to combine interests of business and local authorities in matters of economic development So, in the conditions of overcoming the consequences of the macroeconomic crisis has to intensify the involvement of members of territorial communities in terms of involvement alternative sources of funding for the development of territories.
