Стратегічне планування збалансованого розвитку Василівської територіальної громади

Abstract

Монографія містить концептуальні положення забезпечення місцевого економічного розвитку територій, створення умов для повного використання трудового потенціалу та соціальної залученості з метою покращення життя мешканців громад, базуючись на принципах сталого розвитку. Реалізація основної мети розвитку громади полягає в правильному виборі основних завдань і розстановці основних пріоритетів економічного і соціального розвитку території громади та її потенційних можливостей. Розкрито особливості та умови застосування окремих інструментів забезпечення збалансованого розвитку Василівської територіальної громади Болградського району Одеської області. Розроблено Стратегію розвитку Василівської ОТГ, яка є документом, до котрого можуть і повинні вноситися зміни, що виникають із розвитком суспільства та змінами економічного та політичного клімату у країні

The monograph contains conceptual provisions for ensuring local economic development of territories, creating conditions for full use of labor potential and social involvement in order to improve the lives of community residents, based on the principles of sustainable development. Realization of the main goal of the development of the community consists in the correct choice of the main tasks and the arrangement of the main priorities of the economic and social development of the territory of the community and its potential opportunities. The peculiarities and conditions of application of certain tools for ensuring the balanced development of the Vasyliv territorial community of the Bolgrad district of the Odesa region are disclosed. The Development Strategy of Vasylivska OTG is developed.
